So not sure how I got tagged or chosen for this but My Thermos is now on Guitar World as a potential news source. It appears to be a Digg sort of thing, and I think most of my content is probably woefully uninteresting to their audience, but I guess an occasional post might catch someone's eye. As of now I am ranked 118 out of - well probably 118, but it's something I guess.
Feel free to head over and vote me up if you're so inclined.
Eric Clapton sat in with The Allman Brothers Band a couple of times this week as part of their 40th Anniversary Beacon Extravaganza and viideo is up over on YouTube. Here is a great clip of the Derek & The Dominos classic "Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad", which is just stellar. If you've got about $100 you can still sign up to see the whole run streamed, in much higher quality than this, over at Moogis.
Remember a week or so ago when I talked about spending more time on Facebook. I'm already mostly over that.
Those that know me know that fickle isn't a word that can really be used to describe me, but between the complaints about the interface change (which I like) and the incessant quizzes and such, I'm mostly not paying attention there any longer. As always, join me over at Twitter if you want to stay current.
It's Fantasy Baseball time of year and I have once again opted to join in the fun. Even though I ended up winning last year, I sort of cringe when thinking about doing this again.
Actually, I do feel somewhat prepared thanks to the guys over at RazzBall. I used their draft order last year with good success so I'm confident that at least I won't embarrass myself. Most of what they write about is beyond my comprehension (or interest) but if it helps me, it's bound to be really useful for those who actually know what they are doing.
That's what happening in my world - what's new with you?
